About the JobAs an AEM Creative Production Specialist, you will be a key player in our technical operations and production support team. This role is highly focused on hands-on execution, process management, and platform operations rather than pure engineering or IT build. You will act as the bridge between creative vision and scalable execution, leveraging Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to build, manage, and optimize modular ad templates that drive our campaigns forward.
Key Responsibilities- AEM Template Management: Create and manage reusable ad templates and components within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to efficiently scale campaign creative.
- Design Execution: Utilize strong design fundamentals—including layout, hierarchy, typography, and spacing—to build clean, consistently on-brand templates and assemble ads efficiently.
- Creative Operations & Governance: Oversee template governance to ensure visual consistency and maximum reuse. Drive iterative improvements based on performance and feedback, and collaborate closely with design and marketing partners.
- Production Support & Optimization: Apply a strict production mindset with meticulous attention to detail and fast turnaround times. Simplify complex creative requests by translating them into streamlined, modular template structures.
Qualifications- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media, Graphic Design, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience & Technical Skills: Proven experience in a technical operations or production support role, with hands-on expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) template creation and component management.
- Design Fluency: Deep understanding of layout, hierarchy, and typography, with the ability to maintain brand standards across scalable assets.
- Operational Availability: Must be available to provide support and coverage during US East Coast hours (US-based candidates are highly welcome).
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively partner with cross-functional design and marketing teams, translating creative needs into technical, modular solutions.
