About the Role
We are looking for a skilled AEM + React JS Developer with 2.5+ years of experience to join our team at BFL Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining scalable web applications using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and React JS, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and seamless user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications using AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) and React JS
- Build reusable components, templates, and services in AEM
- Integrate AEM with front-end frameworks like React
- Work on AEM Sites, Components, Templates, Workflows, and DAM
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate designs into high-quality code
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Participate in code reviews and ensure best coding practices
- Troubleshoot and debug issues across the application stack
- Work closely with cross-functional teams for requirement analysis and delivery
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2.5+ years of experience in AEM development
- Strong hands-on experience in React JS
- Proficiency in Java, Sling Models, OSGi, JCR, HTL (Sightly)
- Experience with AEM 6.x or AEM as a Cloud Service
- Good understanding of REST APIs and integrations
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+)
- Familiarity with Git/version control systems
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines is a plus
Good to Have
- Experience with AEM Headless CMS
- Exposure to Node.js or modern frontend tooling (Webpack, Babel)
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and performance optimization
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
