The Scheduling Manager is responsible for workforce planning of AEG doctors to include labor scheduling, forecasting, and trend analysis. This role will require the ability to understand business processes at a strategic level while still being able to problem solve & execute in great detail.
- Own scheduling performance for a primary market, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely release of doctor schedules
- Provide coaching and guidance to Scheduling Coordinators to ensure execution quality and accountability
- Provide oversight across additional markets to ensure consistency and adherence to established standards
- Ensure schedules align with patient demand, provider capacity, and operational priorities
- Monitor open schedules and gaps, driving timely resolution to maintain coverage and access
- Review and validate schedules, PTO records, and system inputs to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Address and resolve scheduling conflicts and disruptions in a timely and effective manner
- Partner with field operations to support day-to-day scheduling needs and adjustments
- Support onboarding of new providers through schedule setup and template creation
- Identify recurring issues and escalate trends, risks, or process gaps as appropriate
- Support reporting, operational initiatives, and special projects
