Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an AEC Designer specializing in Mission Critical Data Centre projects, located in Kochi. The AEC Designer will be responsible for designing and detailing building engineering plans, creating MEPF models, conducting virtual design and construction (VDC), ensuring clash coordination, and delivering high-quality architectural designs. The role involves working collaboratively on multi-disciplinary teams to meet the unique needs of American clients while adhering to stringent project timelines.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to solve complex design and engineering challenges
- Proficiency in Information Technology tools and software relevant to Building Information Modeling (BIM) and design
- Excellent Project Management skills with the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables effectively
- Expertise in systems Integration and ensuring compatibility of architectural and engineering components
- Understanding of User Experience (UX) principles to enhance functionality and user-centered design
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in designing for Mission Critical facilities and adherence to international standards is a plus
