About the role

We're hiring a Functional Tester for a long-term contract to support testing of Benefits and Open Enrollment workflows in a leading HR platform (e.g., Workday, ADP, Businessolver, bswift). This fully remote role focuses on validating benefit configurations, executing test cases, and ensuring compliance. Key Responsibilities: Analyze requirements and create test scenarios for OE and life event processes Perform functional, regression, and integration testing Validate benefits setup, eligibility rules, and deduction logic Log and manage defects using JIRA or similar tools Work closely with HRIS, QA, and development teams Requirements: 3+ years of QA/testing experience in HR benefits or open enrollment Experience with platforms like Workday, SAP, ADP, bswift, or Businessolver Strong understanding of ACA, COBRA, and benefits compliance Excellent attention to detail and remote collaboration skills
