About the role

As a Client Onboarding Manager, your main responsibility is simple: ensure the successful onboarding of clients onto our platform. During onboarding, you'll represent Adway and be the face of the company to new clients. We're looking for someone with a positive attitude who consistently delivers an excellent experience for our clients. You should be energetic, service-oriented, and communicative. In this role, you'll cover for our current Onboarding Manager during a 10-month maternity leave. You'll work alongside her until the end of October to ensure a smooth transition. Common Tasks: Configure the integration with the client's Application Tracking System, or collaborate with our Tech team when no integration exists. Project manage the creation of creative templates for ads. Obtain advertising rights to the client's social media profiles. Set up the client's profile on our platform, ensuring it aligns with the goals identified by the sales team. Coordinate internal and external resources to complete onboarding on time and within scope. Educate clients about Adway's tools, capabilities, and best practices to ease adoption and align expectations. Ensure a smooth handover to the Client Success Manager after successful onboarding and once the client is live on the platform. We are looking for someone who: Has experience with tools like JIRA, Meta/LinkedIn/Snapchat/TikTok Business Managers, various Application Tracking Systems (ATSs), and Microsoft Suite. Is familiar with reading API documentation. Has experience in similar roles, preferably in project management or client-facing positions. Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrates strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Is detail-oriented and attentive. Can work independently and manage multiple projects at once. Is skilled at building relationships and influencing decisions and outcomes with various stakeholders.
