Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Legal Counsel (Litigations) based in Bengaluru. The Legal Counsel will handle legal matters related to litigations such as managing cases, preparing legal documents, providing legal advice, and assisting in contract negotiations. Key responsibilities include addressing legal issues, drafting and reviewing contracts, and supporting the organization in regulatory compliance and dispute resolution.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Law and experience in handling legal cases and litigations
- Proficiency in Contract Negotiation and resolving disputes efficiently
- Expertise in Legal Document Preparation and management
- Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve complex Legal Issues
- Capability to provide actionable Legal Advice to support organizational decision-making
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent; a master's degree (LLM) is advantageous
- Prior experience working in a legal department or law firm
