Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Advocate role based in Bengaluru. The Advocate will handle legal matters related to debt recovery, including drafting and reviewing legal documents, representing clients in legal proceedings, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Responsibilities include professional communication with stakeholders, research on legal cases, and resolving disputes efficiently while maintaining client relationships.
Qualifications
- Strong legal skills, including drafting, reviewing, and analyzing legal documents
- Experience in dispute resolution, compliance management, and litigation processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to maintain positive client relationships
- Research and analytical skills to interpret and apply legal frameworks effectively
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Sound understanding of debt recovery processes and associated legal and regulatory requirements
- LLB or equivalent degree; enrollment with the relevant Bar Council is required
- Prior experience in corporate legal services or debt recovery is a plus
