Role Description
Meenakshi Yadav & Associates is inviting applications for the position of Advocate for a full-time, on-site role in Gurugram.
The selected candidate will handle legal matters across a range of practice areas, including matrimonial, civil, and criminal law. A significant portion of the work will relate to POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) compliance, including advisory, statutory compliance support, and conducting awareness and training sessions for organizations.
Key Responsibilities
• Drafting legal notices, pleadings, and other legal documents
• Conducting legal research and analysing case precedents
• Representing clients before courts and relevant legal forums
• Assisting organizations with POSH compliance and Internal Committee processes
• Supporting and conducting POSH awareness and training sessions
• Managing litigation documentation and case preparation
Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB)
• Enrollment with the Bar Council of India (mandatory)
• Proficiency in English and Hindi (minimum two languages required)
Given the nature of work involving POSH compliance and related assignments, women candidates will be preferred.
