Hiring: Advocate (3–5 Years Experience) |
📍 Location: Bengali Market, Mandi House, New Delhi
💼 Work Mode: Work from Office
💰 Salary: ₹24,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on drafting & skills)
We are looking for a corporate advocate (3–5 years PQE) for drafting of agreements, MOUs etc. with some experience in litigations.
This role is ideal for someone who:
- Has solid court experience and wants to switch to corporate
- Has strong experience of drafting of agreements, MOUs, Deeds etc.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drafting legal notices and replies
• Drafting commercial agreements
• Vetting and reviewing agreements
• Providing written legal opinions
• Attending client meetings
• Reviewing legal and commercial documentation
Skills Required:
✔ Excellent drafting skills (non-negotiable)
✔ Strong knowledge of substantive & procedural law
✔ Commercial understanding of contracts
✔ Professional communication and client-handling ability
