Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Advocate role based in New Delhi. The Advocate will manage various legal tasks including drafting legal documents, legal complaince and providing sound legal advice. The role involves conducting legal research, preparing case strategies, and collaborating with clients to ensure their legal rights are upheld. Other responsibilities include attending hearings, negotiating settlements, and staying updated on legal developments relevant to ongoing and potential cases.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Legal Research, Legal Drafting, and developing case strategies
- Skills in Contract Review, and Advisory Services
- Excellent written and drafting skills, with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and take responsibility
- Professional degree in Law (LL.B or equivalent) with additional qualifications in specialized areas being a plus
- Prior experience in legal practice, especially in New Delhi or similar jurisdictions,
Comprehensive understanding of Law, Litigation, and Regulatory Compliance
