Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. As an Advocate at R&P Legal Associates, you will handle a variety of legal tasks including drafting legal documents, conducting case research, and representing clients in legal proceedings. You will provide legal advice, liaise with clients, prepare pleadings and other case-related paperwork, and collaborate with other legal professionals to build strong cases. You will also be expected to stay updated on the latest laws and legal trends to ensure compliance and best practices.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Legal Drafting, Pleading, and Representation
• Proficiency in Legal Research and analysis of complex legal issues
• Skilled in Client Communication and Case Management
• Comprehensive knowledge of Indian legal systems and laws
• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Law (LL.B/LL.M)
• Bar Council Registration and eligibility to practice law in India
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team and manage client relationships
• Prior experience in litigation, corporate law, or a relevant legal domain is advantageous
