Perform daily functions such as
Provide high-quality service to Financial Advisors and clients across Advisory Capital Markets activities, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
Review, validate, and process trade capture across Equities, Options, and US Fixed Income with strong attention to accuracy.
Support allocations, confirmations, comparisons, and resolution of trade corrections or amendments.
Perform daily reconciliations across positions, cash, ledgers, resolving exceptions within required timelines.
Maintain adherence to regulatory standards including TRACE, MSRB, and Best Execution; ensure accurate documentation and audit readiness.
Monitor key lifecycle events, track exceptions, and escalate risk themes appropriately.
Partner with senior team members to support process improvements, automation initiatives, and digital tool adoption

UBS is seeking detail-oriented and proactive individuals to support Advisory Trade Operations as we modernize our Middle Office and build a resilient, client-first model. We are looking for professionals who learn quickly, contribute to daily control excellence, and help implement operational best practices.
Your expertise
5+ years of applicable Middle Office / Trade Support experience with exposure to Equities, Options, and US Fixed Income.
Understanding of the end-to-end trade lifecycle, including allocations, confirmations, and settlement impacts.
Working knowledge of regulatory frameworks (TRACE, MSRB, Best Execution) with a strong control mindset.
Experience performing reconciliations and resolving exceptions in a high-volume environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivots, lookups; macros a plus) and experience with OMS/booking tools (e.g., Vestmark).
Ability to identify process gaps and support enhancements, testing, and implementation efforts.
Clear communication skills with ability to engage with stakeholders across time zones.
Highly attentive to detail with strong risk-based judgment.
Proactive, organized, and disciplined in managing deliverables.
A strong collaborator who supports teammates and contributes to a positive working environment.
Comfortable adapting to changing priorities and operating under tight deadlines.
A clear communicator with strong documentation skills.
Motivated to continuously learn and improve operational processes.
