About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Academic Advisor to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for sales, communication, and helping candidates achieve their career goals.
Key Responsibilities- Connect with prospective candidates via calls and explain our programs in a clear and engaging manner
- Guide candidates through the scholarship assessment process
- Schedule interviews with the expert panel
- Handle end-to-end coordination until final documentation and payment closure
- Maintain follow-ups and build strong relationships with candidates
- Ensure smooth and simple sales conversion process
Requirements- Minimum 1 year of sales experience (mandatory)
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Target-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
Compensation & Benefits- Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000/month
