Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Advisor specializing in Australia Student Visas, located in Janakpuri. The Advisor will provide counseling and guidance to students seeking to study in Australia, assisting them with the visa application process and ensuring a seamless experience. Responsibilities include guiding students through admission requirements, creating customized study plans, maintaining client relationships, and addressing queries professionally to ensure high-quality customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build trust and positive relationships with students.
- Expertise in Student Counseling and Education guidance to assist students in identifying the right courses and institutions.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to provide clear, concise, and accurate guidance.
- Customer Service skills for handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and maintaining a student-focused approach.
- Prior experience in an education consultancy or study abroad advisory is preferred but not mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field is required.
- Proficiency in understanding the Australia student visa process and university admission requirements is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple students and tasks effectively.
