Client Advisor – Home Buying

Location: Mumbai (On-Site)

The Advisor role is an end-to-end ownership position, acting as the single point of accountability for customers through their homebuying journey — from the first discovery call to property purchase and post-sales engagement. Advisors are supported by a strong Research & Intelligence team that provides market insights and analysis.

What You’ll Do

• Guide homebuyers through their property buying journey

• Understand customer needs, preferences, and investment goals

• Help evaluate projects, developers, and market opportunities

• Provide research-backed insights and recommendations

• Build trust-based relationships and support customers through their purchase decisions

Who This Role Is Ideal For

Preferred Background

• Graduate in any discipline

• Architecture background is an added advantage

• 1–2 years of experience in consulting, advisory, hospitality, sales, or client-facing roles

• Strong communication, analytical thinking, and relationship-building skills

• Interest in real estate and property investment
