Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chandigarh as an Advisor at Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd. The Advisor will engage in maintaining and developing client relationships, understanding individual client needs, and providing personalized financial advice. This role involves promoting investment products, conducting detailed financial analysis and market research, explaining financial options to clients, and assisting them in making informed investment decisions. Advisors will also be responsible for achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall growth of the company by delivering exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of financial products such as mutual funds, equity, fixed income, and other investment instruments.
- Skills in financial analysis, portfolio management, and market research.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse clients and build long-term relationships.
- Proficiency in using financial tools, CRM systems, and modern technology to manage and analyze customer portfolios.
- Goal-oriented mindset with proven ability to meet and exceed sales and performance targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Certifications such as NISM or CFA are a plus.
- Previous experience in financial services or wealth management is advantageous.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
