Role Description
· Responsible for generating brokerage revenue by advising clients on their equity and investment portfolio.
· Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships to improve retention and expand wallet share.
· Stay updated with market trends, investment opportunities, and product knowledge to provide meaningful advisory support.
· Execute buy/sell orders on behalf of clients with pre-trade and post-trade confirmation.
· Ensure all activities are carried out in compliance with regulatory and risk guidelines.
· Handle inbound and outbound client interactions to enhance business opportunities.
· Cross-sell third-party investment products (Excluding insurance)
· Generating leads through client’s referral
Support channel teams by conducting product and advisory awareness activities.
Key Requirements
· Education:
o Graduate / Post Graduate / MBA (Proffered)
o NISM 8 Certificate (Mandatory)
· Experience: Minimum 1 year and above in BFSI / Broking / Financial Advisory / Dealing Desk.
· Skills & Competencies:
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
o Good understanding of equity markets and investment products.
o Customer centric mindset with problem-solving ability.
o Target-driven, proactive, and revenue-focused approach.
o Ability to build and manage stakeholder relationships.
o Knowledge of trading platforms, order execution, and compliance norms.
