Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi and Uttar Pradesh for an Advisor and Implementation Expert and Executive Assistant. The role involves providing expert advice and hands-on implementation of strategies for key business projects. The individual will also provide high-level executive administrative support, including managing schedules, coordinating activities, preparing reports, and ensuring seamless communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance tasks for managing and coordinating schedules, meetings, and correspondence.
- Experience preparing and managing Expense Reports with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong skills in Executive Support, delivering proactive and efficient assistance to senior leaders.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively and maintain confidentiality where required.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in the logistics, international business, or subsidiary management sectors would be an asset.
