Advertising Strategist | Full-Time | Ahmedabad

At Medicoz Infosystems Pvt. Ltd., we're looking for an Advertising Strategist who understands that great advertising isn't about spending more, it's about thinking better.
If you're someone who enjoys turning insights into campaigns, understands consumer behaviour, and knows how to build performance-driven strategies across digital platforms, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute advertising strategies across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Plan, launch, monitor, and optimise paid campaigns to achieve business objectives.
- Work closely with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing campaign concepts.
- Analyse campaign performance, identify insights, and optimise for maximum ROI.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and market research to uncover growth opportunities.
- Manage campaign budgets and prepare performance reports with actionable recommendations.
- Support brand launches, healthcare campaigns, events, and community-driven initiatives across multiple brands.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and analytics tools.
- Ability to interpret data and convert it into actionable strategies.
- Creative thinker with a performance-first mindset.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience working in startups or fast-paced environments will be an added advantage.
