Role Overview
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to lead and scale paid acquisition across all brands under Safina Plaza. This role goes beyond campaign management—you will build and optimize cross-brand performance systems using Meta Ads, Google Ads, and AI-driven tools to drive measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Multi-Brand Paid Media Management
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) for multiple brands
- Manage budgets and allocate spend strategically across brands based on performance and growth priorities
- Develop full-funnel strategies tailored to different brand objectives
Performance Optimization & Scaling
- Track and improve KPIs such as ROAS, CAC, CTR, and conversion rates
- Conduct continuous A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and funnels
- Identify scaling opportunities and implement data-backed growth strategies
AI-Driven Marketing & Automation
- Leverage AI tools to enhance campaign performance and efficiency
Use AI for:
- Ad copy and creative ideation
- Audience segmentation and insights
- Predictive analytics and performance forecasting
- Build automated workflows, rules, or scripts to streamline campaign management across brands
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work closely with creative, content, and brand teams to develop high-performing ad assets
- Align marketing strategies with each brand’s positioning and goals
- Provide feedback loops to improve creative and messaging based on performance data
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–5 years of experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Proven track record of managing and scaling campaigns across multiple accounts or brands
- Strong understanding of attribution, funnels, and performance metrics
- Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT or similar platforms) in marketing workflows
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make decisions quickly
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and ad platforms
