About the Role
We are looking for a performance-focused marketer to join Kenzo and support paid media campaigns across global markets.
This position is built for professionals who understand how to turn ad spend into measurable growth — not just clicks, but real revenue impact.
You will be working closely with international teams to scale e-commerce performance through structured campaign execution and continuous optimization.
What You Will Do
Paid Media Execution
• Manage and scale campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max) and Meta Ads Manager
• Optimize bidding strategies, audiences, and budgets based on performance data
Growth & Optimization
• Improve key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, and conversion rate
• Run structured A/B testing across creatives and targeting strategies
E-commerce Performance
• Drive high-intent traffic to online platforms
• Support initiatives that improve customer acquisition and campaign efficiency
Data & Insights
• Analyze campaign data using Google Analytics 4 and Google Merchant Center
• Translate data into clear optimization actions
Who We Are Looking For
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads or Meta Ads
• Background in performance marketing or e-commerce campaigns
• Strong analytical thinking and data-driven mindset
• Comfortable working in a remote, international environment
• Able to communicate effectively in English
Compensation & Benefits
• Salary: USD $15,000 – $22,000 per year

Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Paid Search Specialist. The Paid Search Specialist will oversee the creation, implementation, optimization, and performance analysis of paid search campaigns. Daily responsibilities include conducting keyword research, managing pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, monitoring and analyzing web analytics, and adapting strategies based on data insights to meet client objectives. Collaboration with internal teams and staying updated on the latest digital marketing trends will also be key components of this role.
Qualifications
- Experience in Digital Marketing and Paid Search Campaigns.
- Strong skills in Keyword Research for optimizing campaign performance.
- Proficient in Web Analytics to monitor and analyze campaign metrics.
- Solid understanding of general Marketing strategies and approaches.
- Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Adaptability to evolving marketing trends and technology advancements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred.
- Certification in platforms like Google Ads or similar tools is a plus.
