Role Overview
We are looking for an Ad Sales Manager to drive advertising revenue by onboarding brands, managing key accounts, and scaling monetization opportunities across NoBrokerHood’s community ecosystem. The role requires strong B2B sales skills, client relationship management, and a revenue-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end ad sales revenue for assigned regions/accounts
- Acquire and manage brand advertisers across categories like FMCG, Real Estate, EdTech, FinTech, Local & D2C brands
- Pitch integrated advertising solutions: society activations, events, app banners, notifications, stalls, and branding
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media agencies and direct clients
- Prepare proposals, rate cards, and customized media plans
- Work closely with operations, design, and product teams to ensure smooth campaign execution
- Track campaign performance, renewals, upsells, and cross-sell opportunities
- Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience in Advertising Sales / Media Sales / Brand Partnerships
- Proven track record of closing B2B ad deals
- Experience selling media, digital ads, activations, or sponsorships
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
CTC: Up to ₹10 LPA (Fixed + Performance-Based Incentives)
