Role Description
1. Identify and Prospect:
Conduct market research to identify potential clients within relevant industries from B2C and B2B
brands.
reaching out to prospects through various platforms like LinkedIn.
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients over Zoom, and G-meet.
Cold calling. Handling both inbound and outbound sales
2. Build and Maintain Relationships:
initiate and nurture relationships with key decision-makers at potential sponsor organizations.
Collaborate with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and explore upselling opportunities.
3. Sales Strategy:
Devise and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Customize sponsorship packages based on the unique needs and goals of potential sponsors.
4. Category-specific Sales:
Explain the show/ services across various categories
5. Collaboration with Marketing:
Work closely with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and
presentations.
Ensure that offerings are effectively communicated to potential clients.
6. Negotiation and Closing:
Lead negotiations with potential clients, address concerns, and finding mutually beneficial
agreements.
Close deals and secure long-term partnerships with clients committed to participating in " Kaise

7. Reporting and Analysis:
Provide regular updates on sales performance and contribute to post- campaign analysis.
Utilize data and feedback to refine sales strategies and improve future partnership opportunities.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the media or
entertainment industry.
Proficiency in MS Office
Should have hands-on experience with various data discovery tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Familiarity with non-fiction content and understanding of collaboration dynamics.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
Media Sales, Sales, and Customer Service skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong marketing knowledge and ability to develop effective advertising campaigns
Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial:
Experience in the VFX or entertainment industry
Knowledge of virtual production techniques
