Job Title: Ad Sales Manager
Location: Mumbai, India

Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Ad Sales Manager to drive our client's advertising revenue by building strong relationships with agencies, brands, and advertisers. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and achieving sales targets across digital, print, or media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute advertising sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and acquire new advertisers, agencies, and brand partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media agencies and direct clients.
- Present advertising solutions and customized campaign proposals to clients.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closure.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, content, and ad operations) to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide post-campaign reports to clients.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging advertising opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and CRM updates.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in advertising sales, media sales, or digital ad sales.
- Strong network with media agencies and brand marketing teams in Mumbai.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue growth.
- Understanding of digital advertising ecosystem (Programmatic, Display, Native, Video, etc.) is a plus.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in Digital Media, OTT, Publishing, or Ad Tech platforms.
- Existing relationships with top agencies such as GroupM, Dentsu, Publicis, IPG, etc.
