Role Overview
We are hiring a high-performance Sales Executive with a strong closing mindset and the
ability to consistently hit aggressive targets.

Primary Goal:
Drive consistent revenue by converting leads and building a strong sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
Perform aggressive cold calling to generate new business
Execute Instagram outreach (DM strategy, engagement, follow-ups)
Identify and qualify high-potential prospects
2. Inbound Lead Conversion
Handle leads generated through paid campaigns
Understand client pain points and align services accordingly
Maximize conversion rate through structured conversations
3. End-to-End Sales Execution
Manage the complete sales cycle:
Prospecting
Qualification
Pitching
Objection Handling
Closing
Deliver tailored sales presentations
4. Revenue Ownership
Sell service packages priced between ₹22,000 – ₹75,000
Achieve a minimum 10X return on monthly salary
Maintain consistent deal closures across the month
5. Pipeline & Follow-up Management
Maintain a disciplined follow-up system
Track all leads and deal stages
● Ensure zero leakage of qualified opportunities
● Performance Expectations
● Daily activity targets (calls, outreach, follow-ups)
● Weekly revenue tracking and optimization
● Monthly revenue target aligned with 10X salary benchmark
