Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Advertising Manager located in the Kolkata area. The Advertising Manager will be responsible for planning and implementing advertising strategies to promote the company's real estate offerings, managing advertising campaigns across multiple channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and other platforms, negotiating with media vendors, and overseeing project execution. The role also involves budget management and collaboration with internal and external teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging and campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Experience in Paid Advertising Marketing, including the ability to analyse market trends and target audiences
- Proficiency in Advertising principles, strategy development, and campaign management
- Project Management experience, including planning, organising, and executing campaigns within set timelines
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset
- Familiarity with the real estate industry and media negotiations is a plus
