We are looking for an experienced Advertising Manager who can drive business growth by acquiring new clients and building long-term relationships.
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Advertising Manager with a strong network in the advertising and media industry. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in media sales, advertising agencies, OOH (Out-of-Home) advertising, radio, television, print media, or digital advertising sales, and possess a proven track record of generating new business.
This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy meeting business owners, understanding their marketing needs, and converting them into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through direct sales, networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
- Meet business owners, marketing managers, and decision-makers to present Eskimo's advertising solutions.
- Identify potential clients across industries including retail, healthcare, education, real estate, manufacturing, hospitality, and FMCG.
- Pitch integrated advertising solutions including:
- TV Commercials
- Digital Marketing
- Performance Marketing
- Branding
- Product Photography
- Corporate Films
- Social Media Marketing
- AI Advertising Solutions
- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and negotiate commercial terms.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Coordinate with the creative and production teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and pipeline updates in the CRM.
- Represent Eskimo Advertising Factory at networking events, exhibitions, and business meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in advertising or media sales.
- Experience working with one or more of the following is highly preferred:
- Advertising Agencies
- Media Agencies
- OOH Advertising
- Radio Stations
- Television Channels
- Print Media
- Digital Media Sales
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-driven with a passion for achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
