Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account Manager to manage brand accounts, ensure seamless execution of campaigns, and act as the key bridge between clients and internal creative teams. The ideal candidate understands marketing communication, timelines, and client expectations — and knows how to deliver excellence consistently.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and build strong long-term relationships
- Understand client briefs and translate them into clear internal briefs for creative, design, and media teams
- Manage campaign execution across digital, social, branding, and offline touchpoints
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and as per brand standards
- Coordinate with internal teams to maintain workflow efficiency
- Handle client feedback, revisions, and approvals smoothly
- Track project progress and maintain timelines and documentation
- Upsell and identify new opportunities within existing accounts
Skill Requirements
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Solid understanding of marketing, advertising, and brand strategy
- Excellent coordination & multitasking abilities
- Client-first mindset with problem-solving approach
- Organized, deadline-driven, and detail-focused
- Comfortable working in fast-paced agency environments
Good to have
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 5-8+ years of experience in client servicing/account management (agency preferred)
