Responsibilities
- Receive and validate the Sales handover.
- Complete advertiser and campaign setup in Crileo.
- Collect tracking, MMP, KPI, cap, validation and traffic restrictions.
- Coordinate activation with Campaign Ops and Publisher Management.
- Maintain day-to-day advertiser communication.
- Identify delivery, tracking, KPI, credit and fraud risks early.
- Drive budget expansion from performing accounts.
- Coordinate monthly validation, invoicing and collection follow-up.
- Maintain account-level forecast and profitability.
Capacity
- 15–20 meaningful advertiser relationships.
- 8–12 monthly revenue-generating advertisers.
- $40K–$60K monthly managed billing for an experienced AM.
- $60K–$80K monthly managed billing for a Senior AM.
Targets
- 85%+ quarterly advertiser retention.
- 15–20% quarterly budget growth across mature accounts.
- 80%+ campaigns meeting agreed advertiser KPI.
- 85%+ forecast accuracy.
- Complete campaign brief within one working day.
- Initiate internal launch request within four working hours after receiving complete information.
- No unresolved client escalation older than one working day.
- Zero unrecorded KPI, payout, cap or attribution change.
SOP
- Review Sales handover and reject incomplete handovers.
- Conduct internal and advertiser kickoff.
- Create advertiser, campaign, offer and event configuration.
- Prepare supply wishlist by GEO, OS and source type.
- Coordinate tracking and test conversion with Campaign Ops.
- Launch only after the pre-launch gate is approved.
- Review delivery and quality daily.
- Send structured advertiser updates and optimization recommendations.
- Hold weekly budget and growth review.
- Complete monthly validation and invoice coordination.
- Conduct monthly or quarterly business reviews.
Reporting
Daily: delivery risk, KPI risk, advertiser escalation and immediate opportunity.
Weekly: managed billing, gross margin, forecast, retention risk, budget expansion and overdue collections.
