Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for an Advertisement Specialist. The Advertisement Specialist will plan, launch, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across channels such as search, social media, and display to promote SpreTech’s products and brand. Responsibilities include conducting audience and market research, defining campaign objectives and budgets, and creating compelling ad copy and concepts in collaboration with marketing and product teams. The role involves tracking and analyzing campaign performance, running A/B tests, and preparing regular reports with insights and recommendations. The Advertisement Specialist will also help coordinate with sales and other stakeholders to ensure campaigns align with overall go-to-market strategies and support revenue goals.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and data-focused skills, including Analytical Skills and Data Analysis, to interpret campaign metrics and optimize performance.
- Effective Communication abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clearly present campaign results and insights.
- Foundational Marketing knowledge to design, execute, and refine multi-channel advertising strategies.
- Understanding of Sales processes to align advertising efforts with lead generation, conversion, and revenue targets.
- Experience with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and basic familiarity with web analytics tools.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple campaigns, and prioritize deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Interest in technology, hardware, or robotics and a willingness to learn about technical products is highly beneficial.
