Role Description:
- Plan & execute BTL marketing campaigns (flea markets, canopy, lift branding, etc.)
- Manage a team of 4–5 field executives
- Secure permissions from RWAs/societies & negotiate deals
- Handle on-ground operations, vendors & logistics
- Track campaign performance using Excel dashboards
- Build strong relationships with society committees & stakeholders
- Ensure campaigns are executed on time & within budget
Qualifications:
- 2–6 years in Business Development / Field Sales / BTL Marketing
- Any Degree
- Experience managing field teams
- Strong negotiation & stakeholder management skills
- Good knowledge of local city & societies
- Fluent in local language (mandatory)
- Comfortable with Excel & reporting
- Must be based in the same city
