We're looking for ambitious self-starters who want to be part of our vision and create a positive legacy Key Responsibilities- Provide real-time chat support to recruiters by responding to incoming messages promptly and professionally. Work towards resolving recruiter issues effectively and efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to their workflows. Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team members or departments as needed. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing top-notch support and fostering positive relationships with recruiters. Address recruiter queries and concerns, ensuring that responses are timely, accurate, and clear. Required Skills & Qualifications- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on clarity and professionalism. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Previous experience in chat support or customer service is desirable, but not mandatory. A customer-centric attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify issues and provide appropriate solutions. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and assist recruiters effectively.
