About the role

Acts as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to maintain world-class systems. Accurately defines client issues and interprets/designs resolutions based on deep product knowledge. Roles & Responsibilities: Provide technical support and problem resolution to clients. Interface with clients to ensure high-quality service delivery. Diagnose, interpret, and design solutions for system/application issues. Maintain effective communication to ensure customer satisfaction. Work in a 24x7 rotational shift environment. Handle issues through voice-based support (Voice Process). Responsible for providing exceptional technical support to clients. Uses deep product knowledge to accurately define and resolve client issues. Engages with clients to ensure smooth system operations and service delivery. Professional & Technical Skills: Must Have: Service Desk Management Good to Have: Knowledge of ITIL framework Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy) Technical troubleshooting and issue resolution skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Minimum 0–2 years required Bachelor's Degree or Graduation (any stream)
