</ul><div>RBT Duties and Key Responsibilities<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Provide direct ABA services to children and adolescents in their homes, following individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.</li>
<li>Ensure that data are accurately collected, recorded, and reported to the BCBA.</li>
<li>Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency.</li>
<li>Assist in developing program materials.</li>
<li>Participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education.</li>
<li>Maintain confidentiality of all client information and adhere to ethical standards in behavioral health practices.</li>
</ul><div>RBT Experience and Qualifications:<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Hold/maintain certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)</li>
<li>Experience in ABA</li>
<li>Willingness to work with a range of ages & abilities</li>
<li>Experience with ABA principles, data collection, and behavior intervention techniques</li>
<li>Passionate about working with children and their families</li>
<li>Experience with Central Reach data collection and scheduling is a plus!</li>
<li>Ability to pass a background check and reference check</li>
<li>Previous experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is preferred.</li>
