What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional member service and maintain high satisfaction scores.
- Acquire new members and deepen existing relationships through proactive sales and service.
- Identify opportunities to improve members’ financial health.
- Meet established goals for product penetration and monthly sales performance.
- Process member transactions accurately and efficiently in‑branch and by phone.
- Resolve member issues by applying strong product and procedural knowledge.
- Mitigate risk by following all policies, procedures, and sound judgment.
- Complete daily branch operations and correct account or transaction errors.
- Support branch needs, including Saturday shifts and opening/closing duties.
- Cultivate a positive, respectful, and collaborative culture across the organization—fostering strong relationships among staff, departments, branches, and external partners. Champions a caring and inclusive environment for both employees and members, aligned with the Credit Union’s mission and values.
