What You'll Do:
Administer daily ACH operations, including files, exceptions, returns, reclamations, fraud requests, outside‑FI inquiries, and balancing.
Monitor the Federal Reserve portal and resolves ACH exceptions.
Manage government reclamations, loan payment corrections, and returned bill‑payer checks.
Balance shared branch deposits, related general ledgers, and assigned GL accounts.
Process debit/credit card adjustments, exception reports, and returned or disputed transactions.
Fulfill debit/credit card orders, including instant‑issue and overnight requests, and verify processor activity.
Coordinate lost/stolen card actions, fraud cases, and daily transaction monitoring.
Oversee Zelle operations, including balancing, reporting, and member inquiries.
Support electronic services (iPayment, A2A, indirect, bill payer, AmpliFi Rewards) and research payment or transfer discrepancies.
Deliver member support, maintain product knowledge, utilize required systems, and provide backup for Access Services functions.
Cultivate a positive, respectful, and collaborative culture across the organization—foster strong relationships among staff, departments, branches, and external partners. Champion a caring and inclusive environment for both employees and members, aligned with the Credit Union’s mission and values.
