Software QA Engineer (Manual + Automation)

We are growing rapidly and looking for a Software QA Engineer to establish a structured QA process and improve product reliability.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and execute manual and automated test plans for web-based applicationsWork closely with developers and product teams to understand requirements and create detailed test casesIdentify, document, and track bugs and inconsistenciesDefine and enforce QA best practices in the development pipelineSet up and maintain automated testing tools (Selenium, PyTest, etc.)Run regression tests and smoke tests for every deploymentCollaborate with DevOps for integration into CI/CD pipelines Tech Stack You'll Work WithFrontend: React, ReduxBackend: Python, DjangoInfrastructure: AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, ALB, SSM, etc.)Tools You Can Introduce: Selenium, PyTest, Cypress, Postman, Jenkins/GitHub Actions Requirements0-2 years of experience in software QA (manual + automation)Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processesHands-on experience with writing test cases, scripts, and test automationExposure to REST APIs and experience in API testingExperience working with Git and issue tracking tools (Jira/GitHub Issues)Ability to independently drive the QA process from scratchNice to HaveExperience with Python and Django test suitesFamiliarity with AWS or cloud-based environmentsKnowledge of performance and security testing tools What You'll GetOwnership of QA for a core engineering productWork closely with engineering, product, and cloud teamsOpportunity to shape QA culture and practices from the ground upA transparent, fast-paced startup-like environment
