Job Description:

We are seeking a candidate to help drive mission integration to enable warfighter capabilities for resilient decision advantage.  Candidate will support C3BM decision-making with operational analysis and help lead stakeholder communities for DAF integrated capability delivery.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Frameworks and Strategies: Create and implement Operational Space requirements for the Department of the Air Force.
  • Policy Development: Offer operational expertise to develop and oversee policy initiatives.
  • Integration: Incorporate Space Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures into various exercises, tests, and experiments.
  • Requirements Definition: Identify and define current and future Operational Space requirements.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Gather inputs from internal and external stakeholders, develop solutions, and document all organizational processes.
  • Presentations: Prepare and deliver briefings and presentations.
  • Travel: Be prepared for occasional travel as required.


What We Require:

  • Security Clearance: Must possess a minimum TOP SECRET clearance (TS/SCI preferred).
  • Experience: Demonstrated expertise in one or more of the following:
    • Space Domain Awareness
    • Orbital Warfare / Space Control
    • Satellite Command & Control
    • Missile Warning / Missile Defense
    • Electronic Warfare in the space domain
    • Launch and on-orbit operations


What We Desire:

  • Process Coordination: Demonstrated ability to create and coordinate processes efficiently across multiple teams.
  • Presentation Skills: Skilled in preparing and delivering compelling and informative briefings.
  • Tactics Training: Previous role as an instructor, evaluator, weapons officer, or mission commander.
  • Experience: Experience supporting Space Force Deltas, Space Operations Command, Space Systems Command, or U.S. Combatant Commands
