We are hiring for one of our prime clients seeking an Advance Software Engineer to develop and enhance cockpit connectivity solutions within avionics systems. This role focuses on building high-performance, secure, and scalable software for aircraft data gateway systems, ensuring seamless communication and integration across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement cockpit connectivity software solutions
- Work on application development within DEOS OS and Linux environments
- Automate CI/CD pipelines and optimize build and release processes
- Troubleshoot and debug existing product installers and system issues
- Develop reusable code, libraries, and scalable software components
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment
- Support system installation, debugging, and production activities
- Contribute to requirements development, test planning, and procedures
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards and software requirements
Qualifications
Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Systems, or Computer Engineering
- 6+ years of software engineering experience
Core Skills:
- Strong programming skills in C and C++
- Experience with Linux protocols and development environments
- Knowledge of Standard Template Library (STL) and design patterns
- Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Understanding of software development lifecycle
