Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Advanced Software Engineer with expertise in modern web development, backend engineering, database administration, cloud-native development, and Generative AI technologies. The successful candidate will contribute to the development of scalable platforms, intelligent applications, and AI-driven solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using ReactJS, Python, Django, and Golang.
- Build robust backend services, APIs, and distributed systems for enterprise-scale applications.
- Design, optimize, and administer relational and NoSQL databases to ensure performance, availability, and reliability.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to define and deliver innovative software solutions.
- Develop highly performant frontend applications using ReactJS and modern UI frameworks.
- Create scalable AI-powered applications leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI services.
- Implement AI agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and workflow orchestration solutions.
- Monitor application health, troubleshoot production issues, and optimize system performance.
- Drive engineering best practices, code quality standards, and architectural improvements.
- Mentor team members and support technical leadership initiatives.
Qualifications
- 6-9 years of professional experience in software development.
- Strong expertise in Python and Django framework development.
- Hands-on experience with ReactJS and modern frontend ecosystems.
- Strong experience with Golang for building scalable backend services.
- Proven database administration experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar technologies.
- Experience in database performance tuning, indexing, backup/recovery, and optimization.
- Strong understanding of API design, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Experience with cloud platforms and containerized deployments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, GenAI solutions, Prompt Engineering, and AI Agents.
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Vector Databases, RAG, and AI orchestration frameworks.
- Familiarity with MLOps and deploying AI applications in enterprise environments.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
