ā QMHA Group Facilitator - Pay range: $26-28/hr
- Willing to obtain a CADC or is currently dually credentialed. Supervision provided, if needed.
ā CADC I, II, or III Substance Abuse Counselor- Pay range: starting $29/hr+
ā QMHP Clinician- Pay range: starting at $33/hr
- Willing to obtain a CADC or is currently dually credentialed. Supervision provided, if needed.
ā Licensed Clinician or Associate- starting at $36/hr
- Willing to get a CADC or is currently dually credentialed. Supervision provided, if needed.

Job Duties
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy in a residential treatment setting
- Complete biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Facilitate group sessions and psychoeducation
- Collaborate with medical, psychiatric, and clinical teams to support patient progress
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation (with support from Heather AI)
- Support discharge planning and continuity of care
