<strong>Job Summary</strong><br> We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Swing Shift Packaging/Assembly Supervisor to lead our manufacturing team during evening hours. In this role, you will oversee the packaging and assembly operations, ensuring products are assembled efficiently, accurately, and safely. Your leadership will drive productivity, maintain quality standards, and foster a positive work environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage a fast-paced manufacturing facility while supporting team development and operational excellence. Base wage plus a 10% shift differential.<br><br>

<strong>Duties<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Supervise and coordinate daily packaging and assembly activities during the swing shift, ensuring production goals are met.</li>
<li>Lead a team of assembly line workers, providing guidance, training, and support to optimize performance.</li>
<li>Monitor workflow to ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and production schedules.</li>
<li>Utilize hand tools</li>
<li>Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely to facilitate material handling and inventory management.</li>
<li>Conduct regular quality inspections of products</li>
<li>Set Quotas for packagers</li>
<li>Maintain accurate shift reports, production logs, and safety documentation to ensure compliance with company policies.</li>

<strong>Requirements<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Proven factory experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment with leadership responsibilities.</li>
<li>Familiarity with assembly lines, manufacturing processes, and quality control standards.</li>
<li>Familiarity with packaging products</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills</li>
<li>Ability to work on the swing shift schedule reliably; previous warehouse experience is a plus.</li>
