In this role, you will be responsible for providing operational support for Oracle EPM and CXO solutions for Finance.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform metadata updates, data loads, data reconciliations, validations, along with overall system readiness tasks and checks.
- Experience with Oracle EPM products (HFM, Essbase, FDMEE, EDMCS, Shared Services, Smart View).
- Experience with CXO dashboarding tool.
- Manage user access requests via Service Now and Shared Services.
- Provide end-user support for functionality, processes, and troubleshooting along with training documents, training videos as well as training sessions.
- Troubleshoot data and system issues during critical time sensitive financial cycles such as the accounting close and AOP/forecast process.
- Leverage knowledge of organizational operations and business processes to deliver actionable insights in support of management and internal customers.
- Develop deep understanding of company hierarchies and how they work within financial reporting (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and KPI's).
- Off-hour support as needed.
- Design and maintain SOPs and process checklists.
- Build strong relationships with Finance and IT partners.
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as finance, technology, engineering, mathematics.
- 5+ years of experience in Oracle EPM administration and support (on-prem and cloud) with a primary focus on HFM, Essbase, FDMEE, Shared Services and EDMCS .
- Strong experience in troubleshooting data issues as well as system issues .
- Strong user support experience .
- Experience in designing and implementing data pipelines and ETL processes.
- Experience with programming languages such as VBScript, Python, Batch and MAXL along with SQL.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management practices.
