Role – Advanced Cyber Security Architect / Engineer

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Advanced Cyber Security Architect / Engineer to join the Global Operational Resilience & Compliance team. The role focuses on ServiceNow IRM/TPRM and Fusion Risk Management (Salesforce-based platform) development, architecture, integrations, and operational support.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support ServiceNow IRM & TPRM modules
- Work on Fusion Risk Management platform based on Salesforce
- Handle platform enhancements, upgrades, deployments, and testing
- Build and maintain workflows, approvals, dashboards, reports, and integrations
- Develop custom applications and automation capabilities
- Support integrations with Power BI, Splunk, OneTrust, LEAP, and enterprise systems
- Define coding standards, governance, and platform best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional technical and leadership teams
- Support AI capability adoption within Fusion and ServiceNow platforms
- Execute multiple projects in parallel with strong ownership and delivery focus
Required Skills
Mandatory:
- Strong ServiceNow Development / Architecture experience
- Experience with ServiceNow IRM & TPRM modules
- Salesforce platform development & administration experience
- Fusion Risk Management / Resilience platform exposure
- Experience with integrations, workflows, dashboards, and automation
- Knowledge of Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) and Resilience frameworks
- Strong stakeholder management and project execution skills
Preferred:
- HRSD, ITAM, ITOM, CSM, Service Portal, UI Builder, Performance Analytics
- Power BI / Splunk integrations
- Agile / Waterfall project methodologies
Certifications Preferred
- ServiceNow CSA
- CIS – ITSM
- CIS – Risk & Compliance
- CIS – Third Party Risk Management
- Salesforce Platform App Builder
- ITIL / PMP / Business Continuity certifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in Salesforce & ServiceNow Technical Architecture
- Strong problem-solving and risk analysis capabilities
- Ability to work with global cross-functional teams
Note - The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in ServiceNow development/architecture along with Salesforce platform experience and knowledge of Risk & Resilience frameworks.
