Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an ABAP Developer based in Bengaluru South, with flexibility for limited remote work. The ABAP Developer will be responsible for designing, coding, and testing SAP solutions, creating custom programs, and integrating and enhancing SAP modules. They will work closely with functional teams to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure solutions align with business needs.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in ABAP programming, development of custom reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms
- Expertise in SAP module integration, including SAP S/4HANA or SAP BTP, and understanding of SAP workflows
- Experience in debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
- Familiarity with modern technologies including AI, cloud services, and automation
- Ability to work collaboratively with functional teams to gather requirements and deliver optimal solutions
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to challenges
- Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Certification in SAP ABAP or related areas is a strong advantage
- Experience in delivering SAP solutions for enterprise customers is preferred
