Job Title: Data Scientist – Advanced Analytics
Location: Bengaluru/Mumbai/Gurugram/Coimbatore
Experience: 8–12 Years
Technical Requirements
- 8–12 Strong experience in Data Science, Advanced Analytics
- Hands-on experience in Python (Scikit-learn, XGBoost) and SQL
- Expertise in predictive modeling, regression, classification, clustering
- Corporate Banking domain experience is must (Credit/Risk, Trade Finance, Treasury, Corporate client lifecycle management etc.)
- Experience in feature engineering, model evaluation, and statistical analysis
- Ability to engage with business stakeholders and convert problem statements into analytical use cases
- Experience handling large structured datasets
- Exposure to Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) and MLOps is a plus
Key Responsibilities
- Business Engagement & Use Case Curation: Work with business leaders to understand challenges and define analytics use cases with clear KPIs.
- Predictive Analytics & Model Development: Design, build, and validate predictive models ensuring performance, explain ability, and business impact.
- End-to-End Ownership: Drive analytics initiatives from problem definition to model deployment, monitoring, and improvement.
- Practice Building & Strategic Contribution: Support development of analytics frameworks, best practices, and mentor team members where required.
Education
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field.
