Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for an Advance Vibration, Experimental Modal Analysis & FEA Trainer, based in Jaipur. The trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering highly engaging training sessions on topics such as advanced vibration analysis, experimental modal analysis, and finite element analysis (FEA) to students and professionals. Key duties include preparing course content, conducting hands-on training sessions, providing technical guidance, and evaluating participants’ progress. The role will require interaction with students, addressing their queries, and ensuring an exceptional learning experience tailored to diverse skill levels and learning needs.
Qualifications
- Deep expertise in Advanced Vibration Analysis, Experimental Modal Analysis, and Finite Element Analysis (FEA).
- Proficiency in training and teaching methods tailored to diverse learning styles and technical expertise levels.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging and effective instruction.
- Ability to create and deliver industry-relevant course content and practical training modules.
- Experience in engineering or technical training is highly desirable.
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related fields is required.
- Ability to work independently and manage classroom activities efficiently while maintaining a collaborative environment.
