Sr. Sales Coordinator- Temporary
Remote-based position
Advance Local is hiring a Sr. Sales Coordinator to support our sales teams and client accounts. In this role, you’ll help coordinate sales activity, manage documentation, prepare reports and support day-to-day operations.
This is a temporary position.
The pay rate for this position is $30/hr.
In this role you will:
- Support assigned sales teams and client accounts with daily coordination and administrative tasks
- Track account activity, timelines, and deliverables to ensure accuracy and follow-through
- Prepare sales reports, performance summaries, and account documentation
- Coordinate internal meetings, materials, and communications related to client accounts
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and related systems
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support successful account delivery
Our ideal candidate will have the following:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of five years’ experience in sales coordination, account support, or a similar role
- Experience working with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
