About The Opportunity

This role sits in the technology-enabled customer experience and business process outsourcing (BPO) sector, supporting high-volume operations with accurate management information and process automation. The position is ideal for candidates who specialise in advanced spreadsheet modelling, MIS reporting and desktop automation to drive operational efficiency.

Primary title (standardized): Advanced Excel Analyst

Role & Responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain and distribute daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports and performance dashboards for operations and leadership.
• Develop and maintain robust Excel models using advanced formulas, PivotTables and data visualization for trend analysis and SLA tracking.
• Automate repetitive tasks and reporting workflows with Excel VBA/macros and Power Query to reduce manual effort and errors.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation and cleansing across multiple sources to ensure accuracy of business-critical reports.
• Work closely with operations, finance and client teams to convert requirements into reusable reporting templates and ad-hoc analyses.
• Document processes, maintain version control and implement best-practice templates to standardise reporting across teams.
